Iconic Tent-City Goldfield Pictorial VignetteNo. 238, issued for 500 shares to A.S. Thieson on Nov. 21, 1906 in Goldfield. Signed by H.C. Brougher as president and secretary Geo. Gray. Not cancelled. Black border and print, no vignette. Pinholes, pretty clean. 4.5 x 9.5" HC (Cal) Brougher was an early and important figure in Tonopah, including helping finance the construction of the Mizpah Hotel. His brother, Wilson "Wilse" Brougher, a saloon owner in Belmont and the Nye County recorder and auditor, helped back Jim Butler when he discovered Tonopah. On August 27, 1904 the E. L.
