Signed by president Richard Dugan and secretary Colman. Not cancelled. Black border and print. Three allegorical vignettes, two with American flags. Red underprint. No printer listed. One 25 cent adhesive IR stamp on the front and another on the reverse. 5.5 x 10.25"Folds, some toning on left side. Overall very nice! This mine was in the Low Divide District, one of only two 1860's districts in the county. It was located at the head of Copper Creek, 20 miles from Crescent City.
