Folds. 8.5 x 11.25" According to the text on the certificate, the company was selling deeds for lots in the town to be opened in Klamath County, Oregon. According to a 1905 article in the Roseburg Review, this was White Lake City, "the coming metropolis of Southern Oregon." The town no longer existed after 1918.
