Rail and River Divisions. No. 625, issued for 1891 to J.T. Skinner, vice-president of Syr. & Blds. Railroad. Printed signature of Thomas E Hogg as general receiver. Countersigned by William Hoag. Ornate logo. Printed on cardstock with minor soiling. Hogg, who was a master for the Confederate States Navy, built the railroad in 1880. The company also tried to incorporate steamer service from Yaquina to San Francisco, but had two of his ships run aground. The second proved financially fatal and the company was sold in 1894.
