4 x 6" Clear, crisp, good focus, good contrast. Circa 1900-1905. We were originally led to believe this was of the Portland Mine, but have received more information from a Cripple Creek historian who describes this as a view of Squaw Gulch, upper Anaconda town, east of the Midland Terminal Tracks, Gold Hill at upper left. The ore house in the picture belongs to the Le Claire/Sunset Mine located on the Sunset or Poor Man's Extension lode, Mineral Survey Number 9323.
