Location: Pima County, Arizona Territory (printed under title). Inc. Oct. 1878. No. 2050, issued for 50 shares to George Pierce on March 12th, 1880 in Philadelphia. Signed by president Hamilton Disston and secretary John Roberts. Not cancelled. Black border and print, and mine hoisting vignette. Creased corner, paper clip stain. 5.5 x 9.5" Mine is in the Santa Rita and Patagonia mountains of Pima County. The Orion started with sharing offices with the Tombstone Gold & Silver Mill and Mining Company. The Tombstone people quickly moved to separate from the Orion which they did not think much of.
