Signed by 2nd vice president Cragin and asst. secretary Webster. Not cancelled. Green border, black print, and vignette of miners on the surface. Pinholes, folds. Company properties located in the Imogene Basin, Sneffels District, Ouray, Colorado. Five mines, 70 acres total, located 7 miles from Ouray, plus two mill sites. Mines include the Gertrude, Norma, Hidden Treasure, and Talisman. 2) Yankee Boy Mining and Milling Company. Inc. in Colorado. No. 33, issued for 5,000 shares in 1896 in Ouray. Signed by president Samson and secretary Moor. Not cancelled. Black border and print, underground mining vignette. Folds, creases. The Yankee Boy Mine was located in the Yankee Boy Basin, Sneffels Mining District, Ouray County.
