Pass No. 29, issued to T.C. Power, president and general manager of the Benton Transportation Co. (Missouri River steamer line). Signed by J.M. Filmore as manager. Printed on cardstock by Rand McNally & Co. Toning. T.C Power operated a military and Indian trading post in Ft. Benton, Montana and also served a U.S. Senator. The Pacific Coast Railway operated from 1882-1941, first going from San Luis Obispo to Avila Beach and Port Harford and later southward to Santa Maria and Los Olivos, with branches to Sisquoc and Guadalupe.
