Very rare. We've only offered one of these over the past 10 years (and it was in poor condition). Assay memorandum for "sluice bullion" for the Morgan Mill, performed at the Consolidated Virginia Assay Office. 5,504 ounces made into three bars of silver bullion, .893 fineness. Signed by E.W. Kuster. 8.5 x 7" Fold, bent corner. The Pacific Mill & Mining Company was formed by the Bonanza Kings Mackay, Fair, Flood, and O'Brien to consolidate their mining and milling interests on the Comstock after the Big Bonanza discovery. The Morgan Mill was located on the Carson River just east of Empire City. It was built in the mid 1860s to process ore from the Yellow Jacket Mine in Gold Hill. Virginia City Nevada
