Signed by assayer E.W. Kuster. 8.5 x 7" The Pacific Mill & Mining Company was formed by the Bonanza Kings Mackay, Fair, Flood, and O'Brien to consolidate their mining and milling interests on the Comstock after the Big Bonanza discovery.
