The Pacific Mill and Mining Company was founded by John Mackay and James G. Fair to process Comstock ores. It is for the Morgan Mill. Bars 391, 392 and 393 were assayed weighing a combined total of 5,093.7 ounces valued at $5,815.47. It is signed by Henry G. Elder. The right edge is very rough. Considerable piece of the paper is missing and is ensconced by page discoloration.
