Item two is an official Bennitt Illustrated Souvenir Guide Pan American Exposition, edited and complied by Mark Bennitt. Mainly B&W photos and written descriptions, there is also a guide to Niagara Falls and the town of Buffalo, along with a color foldout map. Measures almost 9"x6", in near-excellent condition.
