Almost uncirculated bronze medal from the Pan-American Exposition held in Buffalo, New York in 1901. Obverse has the North and South American continents. Reverse has the H. A. Meldrum Co. building. 21 mm. The H. A. Meldrum Company operated from 1897 to 1922 and the building is now a historic landmark at 460 Main Street. The Pan-American Exposition was a World's Fair held in Buffalo, from May 1 through November 2, 1901. The fair occupied 350 acres of land on the western edge of what is now Delaware Park, extending from Delaware Avenue to Elmwood Avenue and northward to Great Arrow Avenue. Buffalo New York 1901
