Inc. in Delaware. No. 55130, issued for 5 shares in 1920. Signed by SC Pandolfo as president and secretary John Bennett. Also signed by the vice president. Not cancelled. Green border, black print, and three vignettes: early car, plus two logos. Deep folds. Started in 1917 by Pandolfo, though there were problems from the start. The stock highlights this when it says shares are $5 each when Pandolfo was really charging $10, funneling money away from the capital fund. Pandolfo spent a ton of money advertising the company, while presenting preassembled cars and not producing any of their own. The factory in St. Cloud was completed in 1919. They produced the Pan Model A Touring Car, not preassembled, and the 1919 Pan Tourist Sleeper. However, eventually Pandolfo's mistakes caught up to him.
