Three Panamint area documents in Inyo County. Receipt for TE Connell general merchandise dealer at Ballarat, 1907. Only Ballarat billhead known. Ballarat was a tiny mining camp next to the World Beater complex, a major gold mine area. It will make an open pit mine someday. Collectors perhaps best know it for the small group of Ballarat trade tokens found fourteen years ago. The other two documents deal with the Wild Rose MC, another gold mine in the Panamints. Stock, issued 1908 and a stockholders notice from 1910 which does not address production or exploration. [ Panamint California
