Denver, Colo. Size 3.75 by 7 inches. Not cancelled. Striking underpring blue papoose. Gold seal. Some staining, rounded corner. The Weekly Gazette of Colorado Springs reported that in 1899 the leasing company on the Pappoose has gone down 78 feet and expects to hit a good vein of ore at 500.
