Black print on light gray cardstock. 2) Pass no. 485 issued for 1897 to MA Otero. Signed by receiver EO Faulkner. Black and red print on green cardstock. In 1891, the Pecos Valley Railway stretched from Pecos, a hamlet on the Texas and Pacific Railroad in Texas, to the town of Eddy (Carlsbad), New Mexico. Brainchild of JJ Hagerman of Colorado mining fame.
