Lot of 2. Letter on Pelton Water Wheel Co stationary addressed to Mr. R.E. Bush, Berkeley, CA requesting more information regarding his request for a water wheel. Signed with penciled notes on front and back. Dated Mar. 8, 1904. Lot also includes the original stamped (2 cents) and cancelled envelope postmarked March 8, 1904. Letter and envelope in excellent condition, envelope torn open on left side. Note: the Pelton wheel is an impulse-type water turbine invented by American inventor Lester Allan Pelton in the 1870s. It offered significant improvements in energy generation efficiency over earlier turbines.
