This pendant stone is oval shaped and of a brown/black color at 4.25 in./ 108 mm X 2. in./ 51 mm; 4 oz. There is chip damage to one end. The two drilled holes are about 1/8 in. and tapered by a second drill from both sides. These stones have been found in Ontario, Canada; Indiana, Ohio, and as far west as Oklahoma. This one was found in Huntington County, Indiana. The real purpose of these stones is unknown to scholars today. From the Bracken collection. Please see photos for details. (ref.
