Issued to Christian Flood Jr. of Commonwealth of PA. August 1, 1838. Signed by Samuel Richards, pres. Lykens Valley Railroad and Coal Company started operations in 1830 and stopped service in 1956. Abandoned April 24, 1978. 2. Jamestown and Franklin Rail Road Co. - #279, I/C, 10 shares @ $50 par issued Jan 12, 1868 signed James Miles president. Black, embossed corp. seal. Vignettes : bottom sailor girl, right farmer, left seated Indian woman, top cab less loco w/ cars l-r. Two 25c revenue stamps. 3. Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen's Home Association Bond - #1824, issued in 1918 for $10.00 to E.M. Dibert. Signed by G.A. McGregor as secretary and N.E. Roher as president. Small vignette of a likeness of a medal from the association with capital letters BTRR.
