Signed by the president (Angelo Heilprin) and treasurer William Hollis. Not cancelled. Attractive design with green border, fancy logo, and underground mining vignette. The company owned the steamboat Jennie M, which was stationed on the Alatna River during the winter of 1898-99. Named after the wife of company founder Thomas R. Hill.
