# 147 for 10 shares to Louis Derr on June 20, 1863. Signed by F. Voltz secretary and F Dunsing president. Incorporated March, 1863 at Virginia, N. T. Location of mine Cedar Hill. "1,600 feet on each of three ledges: Eureka, Dillin and Diamond. "Small dog vignette bottom. Printer: Enterprise Print. Mark Twain would have been working there at this time. Cut unevenly, wrinkles, very light discoloration. Overall nice, however. This is a reincorporation of the Philadelphia Mining Company incorporated in 1861. It was not successful! Voltz was a Sacramento fire fighter before he came to the Comstock by 1860. He walked (yes over the Donner Summit) back to Sacramento to vote in the annual Sacramento fire fighters election! Dunsing once fell 60' in a Cedar Hill tunnel and lived to tell about it. More notes included.
