Pioneer/ Brown & Co // Light green, blob top soda bottle . 7 1/8" tall, and a very unusual squaty, applied top. Extremely rare , in this green colorization. This is the only green one, so far !. Clean and shiny specimen. Just a minute amount of wear in one spot, and a few minute , hairline scratches. Otherwise, very fine condition. Also, a trail of 4 nice bubble along the left shoulder seam...outstanding!! ( * Note : This is only one of few known specimens, of a " Territorial Soda Bottle", every made. !! ) In the mid 1860's, F.C. Brown was listed as the proprietor of the Pioneer Soda Works, which was located in Idaho City, Boise County, Idaho Territory. Idaho became a Territory in 1863, but was not granted statehood, till 1890, becoming the 43 state). Very important and historical item. Here is your chance to OWN, a piece of history !!
