Ten pieces of ceramic "notgeld" coinage from various German towns. Brown, white, grey and the piece from Meissen is white with gold accents. Meissen is famous for the manufacture of porcelain, based on extensive local deposits of china clay (kaolin) and potter's clay (potter's earth).
