Lot of seven pieces from post colonial days: 1) Ships / Colonies / & / Commerce // (pictorial sailing ship), VG condition, (Canada?); 2) 1783 Nova Constellatio, G-VG; 3) 1788 Massachusetts cent, no period, AG-G; 4) 1795 Allum & Lee cent, without New York, VG-F; 5) 1795 Washington / North Wales halfpenny, AG with ding at the top of his head; 6) 1822 Hibernia George IV, (Ireland) AG-G; 7) Mark Newbie Farthing, St. Patrick / rev: King David playing the harp, AG-G. (In New Jersey, the colonists used coins imported from Ireland during the 1680s. These copper pieces were made a legal tender by the General Assembly in May of 1682. )
