Lot of six pieces of Prescott history: 1) July 21, 1880 confirming receipt of fifty Road Tax Receipts, signed John Moore; 2) June 30, 1899 Crystal Ice Company, for ice delivery; 3) June 3, 1893 Hotel Burke billhead with nice engraving vignette of the "European Plan" hotel; 4) August 1, 1879 letter from county Board of Supervisors from the period Virgil Earp was in Prescott. For receipt of "50 blank Road Tax Receipts." 5) November 7, 1887 letterhead of "Campbell & Baker" dealers in cattle and horses. Letter asks for good pasture for 400 horses/cattle for up to five months. Paper on ranching in Arizona Territory is very rare. 6) April 16, 1883 Confirming receipt of 99 "Road Tax Receipts."
