On stationery for The White House. Typed letter dated October 6, 1975. Addressed to Morton Shulman in Bell, CA. Message is thanking him for expression of concern following a recent incident in San Francisco. Signed Gerald R. Ford in black marker. 8.75 x 6.75" Fold. Very good condition. Ford served as the 38th President of the United States from August 1974 to January 1977. Ford is the only person to have served as both vice president and president without being elected to either office.
