Sabuis(?) and B. A. Metcalf. Size 11 by 3.75 inches. Not cancelled. Wonderful design incorporating Egyptian hieroglyphics, a scarab beetle, cobras, and Egyptian royalty Prince Seti! Blue and black print. Copyright president CH Emerson--unique that the president has designed the mining stock! The blue adds great color to the stock certificate. No real issues at all with this certificate. Not listed in Hills. The company properties included the Prin-Seti and Bessie G. on Gold Hill; Ida May, Roc's Nest, and part of Silver Lake on Galena Hill; Marietta on Raven Hill; and the Ohio Nos. 1, 2, 3, and 4 on Straub Mountain. All in the Cripple Creek Gold Mining District.
