Offices in London and Georgetown. 20 pages. The prospectus opens to a fabulous lithograph (10" x 19") of Republican Mountain which contains and labels all 12 claims of the company. Lithograph done by Davies & Davies in London, "From the Photograph of the Mountain to be seen at the Company's Offices." Prospectus has English currency amounts, indicating this was written in London. This company was formed to acquire and work the property of the Consolidated Republican Mountain Mining Company. Twelve claims: Edward Everett, South American, Edinboro, Par, Fenian, Granada, Rocky Mountain, Morning Star, Peru, Dryden, Barbara Allen, and Kit Carson. Has application for stocks at the end. Map of the mining claims at the end by surveyor General Johnson. 15" x 20" Scale 1 inch=100 feet. Foxing. Condition: covers loose, foxing on pages, and one page has a section cut out. (photocopy included). 10" x 8"
