Lot includes five quartz crystal specimens. Crystals are individual. 1) very large prismatic crystal (approx. 3.5x2.75x2"), rhombohedral, very large x-face (1), large (0.75") negative hexagonal imprint (presumed to be the base of a euhedral daughter crystal), crystal at top transitioning to milky at base, shows intergrowth and minor sprouting. A beautiful specimen; 2) large (2.5x1.75x1.25") prismatic crystal with twin, light citrine appearance despite very minor iron staining, iridescence patches, milky at base, intergrowth, has stepped striations increasing toward top (perhaps transitioning toward scepter?); 3) beautiful prismatic crystal intergrowth cluster of 2 quartz crystals (approx. 2.25x1.25x1", larger crystal approx. 2.25x0.75"), clear quartz smaller twin, larger has slight citrine appearance, rhombohedral, with daughter crystals forming on both, 4-facet negative imprint on smaller. Both crystals show double termination! This should be considered 'large' for intergrowth of double terminated crystals and an excellent piece for any collection; 4) beautiful prismatic crystal cluster (2x2.5x1.5") displaying both rhombohedral and tabular habits!, clear crystals, milky at base, split and intergrowth crystals growing non orientated as if from a sprout, with largest rhombohedral showing striation interruptions (giving a slight 'bend' to the crystal growth. Truly one of a kind and a collection center piece; Natural growth lines evident on all facets. Chunlin Collection.
