Where do you put this certificate? It clearly states it is in Arizona Territory. But within two years it would be in Nevada. Very Early! #10 for 50 shares to CW Bush. Signed by Theodore A Mudge and president Levi Parsons. Dateline 1863 San Francisco. Incorporated April 10, 1863. Identified on stock as "Arizona Territory." Not cancelled. Lithog Drouaillet printer. One hole upper right. Nicks on edges. Small dog ears on corners. The location of this mines seems to be one the southern Nevada / southern Arizona border in what would now be Nevada. An article in the Pioche Daily Record talks about the Queen City Gold and Silver Mining Company as being in the El Dorado Mining District in 1876. The Eldorado district is located in the vicinity of the town of Nelson in Eldorado Canyon west of Lake Mead. The district includes a large area bordering on the Colorado River, embracing El Dorado Canyon.
