Stamps present on the inside: R115, R123, and R144. Comes in filing envelope. Dated March 3, 1871. Envelope states that this transaction is between Thomas Jennett and the Pittsburgh, Cincinnati and St. Louis Railway for 48 feet of property. However, the contents of the envelope appear to be a different railway deed for the Stony Creek Rail Road. This deed has separated into many pieces, but the revenue stamps are attached and in great condition.
