Lot of 3. 1) Billhead for the Indian University in Bacon, Indian Territory, 1906. Billed for medicine to Beatrice McIntosh, Chelsea, OT. Founded as Indian University in 1880, the school is now known as Bacone College and is the nation's oldest American Indian institution of higher learning and the oldest higher education institution in Oklahoma. 2) Half letterhead for Willie Halsell College in Vinita, Indian Territory, 1902. This school graduated humorist Will Rogers and author John Milton Oskison. 3) Teacher's Certificate, Cherokee Nation, Indian Territory, Tahlequah, 1905. Issued to Sadie Maney.
