Inc. in Philadelphia. Mine location: Reese River Mining District, Lander County. No. 11, issued for 20 shares to James H. Tull on August 23, 1867 in Philadelphia. Signed by A.E. Griffiths (president) and Davis Kimble (secretary). Three vignettes: prospector with rifle (upper left), miners working underground (center), and allegorical woman with shield (right). Please note, this stock has been repaired in the upper right corner. Also has pinholes and folds. The Morris & Cable Silver Mining Co. is not listed in Browne 1868.
