Curran as a member of the lodge. Blue paper with some soiling. Documents from Sutro, Nevada are scarce. 2) $1,000 Bond for the Comstock Tunnel Company, the later name for the Sutro Tunnel. Issued 1889, signed by Theodore Sutro. Punch cancelled, many coupons remaining. 3) 1872 Senate Report on the Sutro Tunnel. 66pp. Disbound. Toning. 4)*** Letterpess copy of a letter sent on Sutro Tunnel Co. letterhead from Washington DC by Sutro to John Sherman, 1867, pitching the riches of Nevada and for Sherman to read a pamphlet. Missing upper left corner, rips, tape repairs. 5) Wells Fargo San Francisco check signed by Adolph Sutro in 1893.
