Bond issued in February of 1880. This is an unissued bond with all five coupons attached. Pristine condition except for one small tear in vignette. In 1890 the E/MJ reported that this company had purchased additional land from a Mr. Vantine for $30,000 and much work is currently being done. In January of 1891 the E/MJ reported that this was an iron mine on the Yellow Ridge on the Costner River at Kings Mountain. However, they were still looking for iron here. 17 x 13.5".
