Inc. in Arizona. "Mines located in Red Mountain, Ouray County, Colorado" No. 905, issued for 1000 shares to John Musser in 1905. Signed by president Graham and treasurer Staley. Not cancelled. Green border, black print, and locomotive vignette. The Red Mountain boom was from 1882 to 1893. In 1907, it was reported that employees of the company were suing for back pay. At that time, the company was said to operate the Joker Tunnel and a group of 30 claims including the Yankee Girl, Robinson, Vanderbilt, and Genessee.
