Number 113(?) for 20 shares to Winslow Crocker. Datelined Austin, Lander Co. N. T. (in fancy script), 1863. Signed by president JJ Rolfe and secretary Backer(?). Incorporated June 16, 1863. Located on Red Jacket Ledge in the Reese River Mining District, Lander Co., N. T. Semi-nude lady liberty vignette. Also an eagle holding a shield. No printer mentioned. 25c torn Certificate Revenue stamp and smaller 20c Exchange revenue stamp attached. Faded names. Cert is fragile from over 150 years of wear and tear.
