Located on Red Jacket Ledge in the Reese River Mining District, Lander Co., N. T. Semi-nude lady liberty vignette. Also an eagle holding a shield. No printer mentioned. 25c torn Certificate Revenue stamp and smaller 20c Exchange revenue stamp attached. Faded names. Cert is fragile from over 150 years of wear and tear.
