Unbound 19 pp report from 36th Congress 1st session on California Stagecoach Mail regarding various routes, performance, revenue and more. COmpany is asking for more money as they have done more work than was int the original agreement rom 1854. The postmaster from Sacramento City attests that the company carried the mail six times a week to Georgetown for one year when they were contracted and paid for fewer days. The postmaster from Marysville attests to the same issue of carrying mail from Marysville to Gibsonville six days a week. All in all the California Stage Company had 13 routes from 1854 to 1858 that went to places such as Michigan Bluff, Nelson Creek, Volcano, Yreka, Placerville, etc. Several pages have some toning. 8.75" x 5.75".
