Inc. in Arizona. Principal Office, Rhyolite, Nye County, Nevada. Number 667 issued to JJ Rutherford for 500 shares in 1907 in Rhyolite. Signed by secretary Detch and vice president Sol Camp. Not cancelled. Brown border and background, black print. 5.5 x 10" The Goldfield Business Directory of 1907-8 notes the company had a headquarters on Main Street in Rhyolite. Sol Camp was one of the best known mining engineers of the southern Nevada mining camps having operated in most of them during and after the mining boom. He was one of the earliest to reach Goldfield, having come from Colorado where he was also successful. He was a member of the brokerage firm Patrick, Elliott & Camp and carried on successful leasing operations. He would leave Nevada around 1922 in favor of Utah where he would die in 1942 [Reno Evening Gazette, June 13, 1942] . Detch was a well known and respected attorney in Goldfield and promoter of the Bullfrog District.
