Three examples of counterculture artist Robert Crumb. First we have a 22"x 16" rendition from the underground comic character "Yellow Dog." Copyrighted 1970, this piece is in good condition save for small pin holes in each corner.Next, we have a 24"x 16" cartoon panel, depicting 12 pictures of a country landscape and town.
This too has pin holes in the corners and a few small dings on the edges.
Lastly, we have a 28"x 23"poster advertising "the "Crumb Sketchbook." This piece is in very good condition and unique, which is a "straight's" kind way of describing Crumb. See photos for more detail.
Crumb was the creator of Zap Comix, which started out being sold by Crumb's first wife out of a baby carriage she was pushing down the street.
Crumb's fortunes have since risen and today, he lives in France.
