Lot of 4. 1) Brick with Milled side and Tiny Gold, Flakes in Crack. 2.5 x 4.5 x 1" thick. Heavily cracked. Cut or shaped on three sides. One side shows cooling, or a "top". One of the small cracks has tiny gold flakes from the exploding gold bags. One edge is beveled, originally rendering it was a base to a statue made of marble. But after drying, it is a composite material. Copper and iron oxide in parts. This piece will incite hours of discussion. "What was it for and how was it used?" 2) Marble block, rod shaped, possibly used for statuary or a sink. 7.75x1.5x1.25". .75" chip on 1 corner. 3) Round ivory stand for a Madonna. Semi circle bottom pattern with 2 of 3 legs present. .75x1.25". 4) Statuary or Furniture Piece. We are not exactly sure of what this piece was used for. It has a curved edge and is formed from dense marble or brick. Is it possibly for statuary or furniture? 4.75x2.75x1" with stains.

Provenance: SS Central America Collection
