Lot of 2 for this scarce California railroad. Both expense bills are from the Latrobe Station and issued to the Keystone Mining Company. 5 x 7.75" Folds. Latrobe is located in El Dorado County, 15 miles southwest of Placerville. It was the terminus for the railroad. The Sacramento & Placerville Railroad was formed from the consolidation in 1877 of the Sacramento Valley Railroad, the Folsom and Placerville Railroad, and the Placerville & Sacramento Railroad. Operated 49 miles between Sacramento & Shingle Springs. Eventually was taken over by Southern Pacific. State: California City: Latrobe Date: 1877
