Pas No. 204, issued for 1902 to L.O. Leonard of Wisconsin Pacific Railway Company. Countersigned by E. Duncan. Endorsed by Leonard. Printed on tan cardstock by Rand McNally & Co. Light wear. Originally the Great Salt Lake & Hot Springs Railway formed by Bamberger in 1891 to take passengers from Salt Lake City to Lagoon Resort. He decided he wanted to continue to Ogden and reorganized the company in 1896. It reached Ogden in 1908. It later became the Bamberger Electric Railway.
