Worth. Not cancelled. Blue border and print on pink paper. Vignette of George Washington (left) (covered by stamp) and eagle with chicks in nest (center). Printed by Agnew & Deffebach. Folds, pinholes, light wear. 5.25 x 10.5" Probably named after Samuel Cole Wright (September 29, 1842 -July 6, 1906) who was a sergeant in the Union Army during the American Civil War. The company office was at 547 Washington according to 1863 Langley. James Mathewson was an importer of watches. E.F. Arnold was a hay & grain dealer. Not listed in Filer or Holabird indexes.
