Signed by mayor CK Garrison and comptroller SR Harris. 4.75 x 8" Vignette of building. Britton & Rey. 2) Different draft/check from the City Comptroller's Office in 1854. To Jesse S. Wetmore for 450 for servicing and planking Pacific and Kearny Streets. "Rejected for want of Mayor's signature." Signed by comptroller SR Harris (who was mayor in 1852). Also signed by John H Redington, HL Dodge, and George J. Whelan (future mayor of SF). 4 x 7.25" Printed by Goldsmith. 3) Controller's Office warrant to Chas. A. Tuttle in 1855 for $168 for per diem of Senators. Signed by controller Sam Bell. Allegorical vignettes at top and bottom. Printed by Britton & Rey. 4.5 x 9"
