Includes a 28 x 7 inch black and white panorama of San Francisco just following the 1906 earthquake; several pieces of 1800s-1900s advertising ephemera; 1918 canceled SF cover, with California Ink Co. monogram return address (stamp removed); SF map "for the motoring public"; two 1892 programmes for Morosco's Theatre, Howard Street, SF; Philadelphia Hotel, Marysville, business card with distances to on reverse; Gallenkamp's Shoes calendar, 1928-29; 1900-01 personal checks with stamps; early 1900s Y.M.C.A. football and St. Agnes Free School events tickets; three correspondence letters of recommendation for a teacher, 1890, 1892, and in 1894 from San Francisco Business College, with beautiful detailed letterhead, with vignettes of Golden Gate without the bridge, a bear, seals, the college grounds and more, covering top third of page.
