Pass No. 417, issued for 1889 to W.J. Robinson, general purchasing agent for the Ohio River Railroad. Countersigned by Peter J. McGlynn. Printed on cardstock. Toning. This railroad was the first extensive narrow gauge into Sonoma County. Construction began from Petaluma northward in 1869. Eventually, the line would encompass Tiburon to Ukiah with many branches.
