Indebted to Thomas Bell of San Francisco and one of the Board of Directors. Signed by William Sharon and J D Fry. Number 572 to J D Fry. Sharon is well known in Nevada circles as the agent of the Bank of California in Virginia City. Fry was a San Francisco financier who partnered with Sharon on Comstock projects. He also president of the Hamilton water company in White Pine. Coupons remaining are hole cancelled. Hole cancelled, but Sharon signature is mostly intact.
